Cancellation Policy

To reserve your session, please be aware that any no-shows will incur a nonrefundable fee of $15 per person. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file on the date of your reservation. For example, if you reserve for eight people and two members of your group do not show up, we will retain the right to charge the retention fee for the two no-shows.
